Horseback Riding Camp

Seekonk Campus

Horseback Riding Camp (ages 6 – 12)
This Camp is designed to give campers an opportunity to experience horseback riding. Campers will go to the Palmer River Equestrian Center for half day and will participate in traditional camp for the other half of the day. The staff at The Palmer River Equestrian Center will familiarize participants to the art of horsemanship. Campers will actively participate in grooming, tacking, basic stable management, and safe riding skills. The goal of the program is to introduce the responsibilities and commitment of horse care while improving riding skills and building confidence, self-esteem and accountability.

Drop off and Pick up at Wheeler Seekonk campus. Round trip transportation provided to and from Palmer River

Horseback Riding Camp will be offered:

Session 3, Week of July 6th – July 10th
ages 8-12 years old

Session 4, Week of July 13th – July 17th
ages 8-12 years old

Session 7, Week of August 3rd – August 7th
ages 8-12 years old

Session 8, Week of August 10th – August 14th
ages 6-10 years old
