Transportation

To help accommodate as many families and campers as possible, Wheeler Summer Camp provides bus transportation to the following locations for Summer 2026:

  • Providence Bus
    • The Wheeler School, 216 Hope St. Providence, RI 02906 (meet at the Gazebo on Meeting St.)

  • Late Providence Bus: 5:30 PM Arrival

    • PM Care at Wheeler Farm

    • Please Note: The Late Providence bus is provided in conjunction with PM care. You must register for the PM Care/Late Bus bundle to utilize this option. The bundle cost is $250. The bundle includes AM bus from Providence to the Farm.

Note: You will receive updated bus information on a weekly basis with your camp welcome letter.

Seats on the bus are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Register early, as we had to waitlist many campers for the bus in previous years. You may sign up for transportation while you are registering your camper or at a later date by signing into your account.

Bus Fee: $150 per session (two-week session)
