Traditional Camp

June Bugs, Lower & Middle Camp

Session 1: $990 (No camp on July 3, 2026)

Session 2/3/4: $1,100 per session

Mini Camp: $787.50

Upper and Senior Camps

Session 1: $1,057 (No camp on July 3, 2026)

Session 2/3/4: $1,175 per session

June Bugs Camp (Half Day)

Session 1: $783 (No camp on July 3, 2025)

Session 2/3/4: $870 per session

Mini Camp: $435

**Half Day dismissal is promptly at 12 pm.

Lunch is included in every camper’s tuition for the summer of 2026.


REGISTRATION INFORMATION

For Summer 2026: Session = 2 weeks. Registrations are done by session, allowing us the ability to maintain stable groups during the course of the summer. Mini Camp will be a one-week session.

All registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. All registrations must include all completed forms and a non-refundable $150/session deposit. Balances are due June 1, 2026. Registration after June 1 will require full payment. Wheeler Summer deposits are non-refundable. A payment plan of 3 installments is available, beginning April 1 with full payment due by June 1.

This camp complies with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (105CMR 430.000) and is licensed by the Town of Seekonk Board of Health.

REFUNDS

The deadline for a full refund is April 1st, 2026. Wheeler Summer is not obligated to refund tuition for any applicant or participant, after this date, who withdraws for any reason, including illness or injury. The deposit is non-refundable and not transferable. No refund or reduction in fees is possible for a child who arrives late, leaves early, or attends only part of a session.

CAMP INCENTIVES

At Wheeler Summer, we understand that camp is a wonderful summer option for children—and often a necessity for busy working parents. For families who register for multiple sessions, our incentive program can add significant savings. We offer both a full summer incentive program and sibling incentives to increase your savings.


Entire Summer Incentive: Campers enrolled in Sessions 1-4 will receive a $250 reduction from their tuition. Please note that Mini Camp is not included in this offer.

Sibling Incentive: Families registering multiple children will receive $100 off for each additional child.


Please note that our incentive programs are calculated at the time of registration. If you register for additional sessions at a later date, please contact the camp office so the appropriate discounts can be applied.
